You can top up your wallet:

  1. Money deposit from any ATM
  2. Money transfer (havale / EFT) from any Turkish Bank
  3. International money transfer with Swift
  4. WISE international money transfer
  5. UPT – Ria – Shift international money transfer
  6. S’aide App credit card top up.

You can follow the steps below:

  1. Select “Deposit to My Wallet”
  2. Select “Credit Card”
  3. Click deposit to my wallet
  4. Click Next
  5. Enter amount you wish to deposit
  6. Click next
  7. Complete Credit Card Information

No. The money you will top up can be used only with the S’aide Debit Card at any market, café, restaurant, retailor, or online. You cannot take out cash at the ATM with credit card top up.

You will see on the main page in your S’aide Wallet the balance of both credit and cash.

Enter the following information for SWIFT/EFT/FAST bank transfer:

  1. IBAN (IBAN for S’aide): TR 86 0010 3000 0000 0031 0686 55
  2. Account Holder: Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.S
  3. Reference/Explanation of Payment: 42268809997-XXXXXXXX (***XXXXXX refers to your S’aide ID found in your profile page)

S’aide works directly with WISE which is powered by Birlesik Ödeme. You now can receive direct deposits from an official partner internationally. Fast, cheap, and secure. Follow the steps below to transfer money from WISE.

  1. Open an account and login to WISE (www.wise.com)
  2. How much would you like to transfer: Enter the amount in the selected currency
  3. Please fill the following information for the requested field in Wise international money transfer platform as stated below:
  4. Enter the following E-Mail: info@birlesikodeme.com
  5. Enter the Full name of the account holder: Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.S.
  6. Enter the IBAN (Birlesik Odeme’s dedicated IBAN for S’aide members): TR 86 0010 3000 0000 0031 0686 55
  7. Enter Your Transfer Amount: xxxx
  8. Type a reference (This is S’aide Reference Code for transfers plus (with one space) the S’aide account holder’s SID): 42268809997-xxxxxxxx (***XXXXXX refers to your S’aide ID found in your S’aide profile)

You will see the final amounts for:

  • Birlesik Odeme will receive exactly (for S’aide Deposits)
  • Fee (Money transfer fee of Wise)

Your friend can send money to you through S’aide “Pay a Friend” feature. Cost free and fast.

  1. Go to “Pay a Friend”
  2. Enter Phone Number or select S’aide ID
  3. Enter your friend’s last name as written in residence permit (ikamet) ID
  4. Enter amount to be transferred
  5. Save friend’s account information for future transfers

You can easily go to any ATM that accepts VİSA and make a direct deposit to your S’aide Wallet.

  1. Enter Your Card
  2. Enter Your PIN Number
  3. Select Deposit
  4. Add Deposit Amount
  5. Add Turkish Liras to the machine
  6. Confirm your Deposit Amount

Yes. You can now receive money through UPT and their partners such as Ria, Shift, MoneyTrans and more!

  1. Select Deposit to my Wallet
  2. Select the country that the money will come from
  3. Select UPT
  4. Choose city that the money will be sent from
  5. Choose the nearest Payment Partner in that city
  6. Next you will enter the dollar amount to be sent
  7. Next you will check your summary and complete your Guidance Slip
  8. Your guidance slip will have the important Explanation/ Purpose of Payment Information. This information must be added when sending international transfers. This is your account information!
  9. You can now share the Payment Instructions with your family or friends and they can make the deposit

Your family or friend who has sent the money to you has received a receipt of sent money.

  1. You must ask for a photo.
  2. Enter the reference code to your S’aide Payment Guidance.
  3. Upload the photo of the receipt to your S’aide Payment Guidance.
  4. Your money will be in your account in moments time.

You can track, check, and cancel any Payment Guidance. Tap the “list” icon at the bottom of the app and select “Guidance”. You now have access to all your “Payment Guidance” slips.

  1. Select the Open Payment Guidance that you have the Reference Code for
  2. Select Upload Receipt
  3. Enter the Reference Number Listed on the Receipt
  4. Tap “Upload”
