S’aide MasterCard is open to international and e-commerce payments. But you can open and close these functions.
With instant-create and free S’aide virtual Digital MasterCard, you can enjoy:

You can request your MasterCard by using your S’aide application.
Open your S'aide application.
Open your S'aide application.
- Select the card that you want to request. For S'aide Debit Card, please select "Physical Card ''.
Choose "Your country", and then "Your city".
- Choose the "Delivery Center Address" to collect your card.
Select "Get your S'aide Card Now".
After requesting and collecting your card, you can activate it:
- Open your S'aide application.
Click on the "My Cards" tab.
- “Activate S’aide Debit MasterCard”
Click “Tap to scan your barcode”
- Enter the last 4 digits of your card number.
Submit.
Your S’aide MasterCard will be activated.
Your initial PIN code is the last 4 digits of your S’aide Debit MasterCard. You can easily change your PIN code at any ATM. In case you forgot about your PIN code, please contact our S’aide Support Team at +90 533 041 3777.
In case of a lost or stolen card, you can deactivate it directly from your S’aide application:
- Open your S'aide application.
- Click on the "My Cards" tab.
- Select the lost/stolen card.
- Click on the “Report Lost/Stolen” card at the bottom of the page.
- Click on “Deactivate my card”.
You still can request a new debit card easily again.
