You can easily check your S’aide Wallet balance by tapping the eye icon on the S’aide Card in your application or by tapping “Check My Balance”. Since your S’aide Debit card is directly connected to your wallet, your balance is up-to-date in real-time.

You can purchase services directly from your S’aide App. You have instant access to buy additional Health Coverage, airport transfers, document translation and more!

  1. In your app, tap the Services icon located at the bottom
  2. Make sure that you have enough funds to purchase a service
  3. Select the service 
  4. Fill in all correct data, if necessary
  5. Select purchase
  6. Confirm that you want to purchase the service
  7. *if the service is over 250tl, then you will be asked to enter your S’aide password as confirmation
  8. You can see your payment in My Wallet Transactions

You can track, check, and cancel any Payment Guidance. Tap the “list” icon at the bottom of the app and select “Guidance”. You now have access to all your “Payment Guidance” slips.

  1. Select the Open Payment Guidance that you have the Reference Code for
  2. Select Upload Receipt
  3. Enter the Reference Number Listed on the Receipt
  4. Tap “Upload”

You can track your S’aide Wallet, check your balance and more. Tap the “list” icon at the bottom of the app and select “My Wallet”. You now have access to all your Wallet Transactions.

All S’aide members with their YKN may request a S’aide Debit Card and enjoy all the benefits of our S’aide Advantage Program.

  2. Choose the Country 
  3. Choose City
  4. Choose the pick-up point that the card will be delivered to

You can pick-up your S’aide Debit Card at any of our listed pick-up locations.

After you have received your Student Ikamet (YKN) you may enter that information to your S’aide App and activate S’aide Wallet, request S’aide Debit Card, and all S’aide Services and benefits.

  2. Tap the “Edit” Pen at the Top of the Screen
  3. Select “I have YKN/TCN”
  4. Enter your YKN Number 
  5. Confirm your name is written exactly in S’aide App as your Student Ikamet
  6. Update your Information

Your update will be processed and soon you will have the luxury of all S’aide World.

  1. Tap at the “Profile” Icon at the bottom right of the App
  2. Tap the “Edit” Pen at the Top of the Screen
  3. Scroll to the Bottom of Your Personal Information Page
  4. Enter your current S’aide App Password 
  5. Enter your New S’aide App Password
  6. Re-Enter your New S’aide App Password

You can add all necessary student information to your profile that you may need all in one place. 

  1. Tap at the “Profile” Icon at the bottom right of the App
  2. Scroll your Personal Information.
  3. If you have purchased Health Insurance through S’aide, your Policy Number and Validation dates will be there.
  4. Tap the “Edit” Pen at the Top of the Screen
  5. Add information in the given sections provided
  6. Update Your Profile

  2. Scroll your Personal Information to the bottom
  3. Select the Language of Choice

You can deactivate your card immediately if you have lost or if your card has been stolen. This action cannot be undone, and it will permanently deactivate your card. 

  1. Tap the S’aide Logo at the Bottom of the App
  2. Tap Report Lost/Stolen
  3. Submit

You will have to request a new card after you have reported it lost/stolen

Activating your S’aide Debit Card is fast and simple. In moments you will have access to all of S’aide Debit Card benefits.

  1. Scan the unique bar code that has been given to you
  2. Enter the last four digits of the S’aide Debit Card
  3. Check the information on the screen and submit it over for verification & activation
